The bill (Reg. No. 1234) suggests amending the laws “State Property Fund of Ukraine” and “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine on matters of privatization in regard to implementation of provisions of the Sate Privatization Program for 2012-2014”. Amendments aim at bringing these laws in line with the Law “On Property Assessment, Property Rights and Professional Valuation Activities”. 

People’s deputies noted that it would be more expedient to exclude clause 4 of section II of “Final Provisions” of the Law “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine on matters of privatization in regard to implementation of provisions of the Sate Privatization Program for 2012-2014” than to provide a new version of it. Committee members explained that current version of the Law “On State Property Privatization” comprehensively regulates evaluation of privatization objects.
